01Memberships

Every category your club invents: seven-day, country, juniors, families, corporate. You model each one, bill each one its own way, and take payment online.Complex memberships are the rule, not the exception. Billing writes straight into the ledger, so subs and accounts tell one story.

02Booking sheets

Tee sheet, rink sheet or court bookings. Same engine, your club's vocabulary. Three demo clubs run live, one per code.We set up slots, sheets and seasons per club. The engine doesn't mind if it's a fourball or a triples match.

03Offline-first till

Point of sale for the bar, the waiters and the kitchen. Sells and charges member accounts when the internet dies, then syncs every sale exactly once.Waiters take orders at the table, the kitchen sees them the moment the till rings them up, and the ledger records every sale. The till keeps a local record offline and reconciles exactly once when the line returns.

04Accounting

This isn't an export to your accounting package. It is the accounting package. One immutable ledger per club: append-only, double-entry, always in balance.Corrections don't edit history. A new entry arrives and names what it corrects. And the ledger co-signs every Z-report.

05Member portal

Self-service bookings, statements and online payment for members who want them.Members see the same ledger the treasurer sees. Their slice of it, anyway.

06QR member cards

A card charges the member's account at the till. No smartphone required.Scan at the till, charge the account, read the statement. No app, no battery, no fuss.

07Payments

Online payments settle to your club's own bank through your club's own merchant account. The money never touches us.We never hold a balance. Settlement runs between your members, your merchant account and your bank.

08Competitions

From the club champs to the Tuesday roll-up, run from the platform.Competitions use the same member records as the rest of your club. There's no separate comps system to babysit.

09Kitchen displays

Till orders land on a screen in the kitchen, not on a paper slip.Tickets appear the moment the till rings them up, and clear when the kitchen clears them.
